Catfish nights.

Ever thought about spending a night under the stars targeting our hardest fighting fish of all, the wells catfish? Well here’s your chance as I still have a few nights available in which you can sit back and relax and await that all important bite. Trips commence at 7pm in the evening and finish around 8am and if your concerned about not having the right tackle to deal with these hard fighting fish then don’t be as I can supply all the tackle required as well as all the bait needed. Past customers have enjoyed some hectic nights when not only numerous big cats have been landed but there is also a very good chance of sliding the net under a 20lb plus grass carp.

 

Grass carp by day.

Many won’t have caught a grass carp before as they are not the easiest species to catch but get the tactics and bait right and sport can be frantic. Once again you don’t have to worry about tackle as this will be supplied if needed but standard carp rods and reels are sufficient if you do want to christen yours. Bait and plenty of it, in the form of a range of particles will be supplied so again, once the traps are set you can sit back, relax and drink in the atmosphere. Although grass carp can be caught at night, day time seems better so we usually meet early in the morning and fish through to early evening.

Guided trips this year are limited and with a few dates already gone you need to get in touch with me very soon to avoid disappointment. The cost of these trips is very reasonable and once the tactics have been learnt then you can head back yourself and put what you have learnt into practice.
